SailMaine's waterfront site is located
on the Eastern Prom at 58 Fore Street in Portland, Maine. Directions to SailMaine:

- Please note: We can no longer park in the waterfront lot outside the SailMaine gate; that area is for pickup and drop off only. Unattended vehicles, even if left for “just a minute,” have been and will continue to be ticketed.
From Fore St: turn onto Hancock Street at 144 Fore Street (Xpress Copy, near the new parking garage). Take the first left into the tarred parking lot at Xpress Copy (continue below).
From Commercial Street: at the corner of India and Commercial Streets, continue straight onto Thames Street (the new street leading to the Ocean Gateway Terminal). Take the first left onto Hancock Street, then the second right into the tarred parking lot at Xpress Copy.
Then: Continue along building past Xpress Copy and other businesses, and past SMRT at the end of the building. Beyond SMRT’s parking in the tarred area, turn to the left and park in the row of cars which extends from the corner of the brown building towards the small brick building. Do not block the driveway adjacent to the brick building. Please park up against the concrete barriers and trees dividing the parking lot from the Hamilton Marine lot accessible from Fore Street; if you park closer to the RR tracks or out in the middle of the gravel lot you will be ticketed. If this row (about 20 cars) is full, overflow parking may be found on the streets and in the new public parking garage at the corner of India and Fore. Walk across the gravel lot and cross the RR tracks and the Eastern Prom trail to access SailMaine by foot. IF YOU PARK OUTSIDE THE SAILMAINE GATE YOU WILL BE TICKETED.
